Where has the summer gone!? It is already closing weekend for the summer season!! It has been such a rewarding summer with so many fantastic visitors to the shop. It was such a gift to be able to meet more of the tourists coming through town, and reconnect with old friends and colleagues that I may not have otherwise crossed paths with. I am inspired to keep things going over the fall and winter, get ready for the Christmas season, perhaps plan some small-group workshops, expand my online shopping opportunities, and as always I will be open by appointment for those looking for a last minute handmade gift, and of course I do ship bags as well. Thank you ALL for your support this summer. Launching a small business is so much work, and so worth the effort.
AND lastly, thanks to Ron Wilson, we have a new little free library in West Junction just outside Cabin Threads. Take a book, leave a book, and check regularly for the occasional yarn or fabric scraps drop.
